Hidden Costs to Watch

Storage is shared. The storage listed (30 GB, 2 TB, 5 TB) is per user but pooled across the organization. If one user uses 100 GB, that’s 100 GB from the shared pool.

Meet recording counts against storage. Recorded Meet videos are saved to Google Drive and count against your storage limit.

Gemini AI varies by plan. Starter has limited Gemini features. Standard and Plus have enhanced Gemini. Enterprise has full Gemini Enterprise.

Vault is Plus and above. If you need data retention and eDiscovery, you need Business Plus or Enterprise.
